The wellbeing service

Wellbeing Lincs is a countywide service funded by Lincolnshire County Council that supports adults across Lincolnshire to lead fulfilled, confident and independent lives through a range of service elements and support.

It works with eligible adults to develop a personalised support plan to meet their specific needs. Some of the things the service can offer support with include:

  • maintaining a safe and warm home environment
  • finding appropriate small aids, or pieces of equipment and fitting them, or making minor alterations
  • supporting people to manage their homes and improving their life skills
  • managing household budgets
  • improving digital skills and the use of technology
  • helping those who live with a combination of long-term conditions to maintain or improve quality of life
  • help to find and stay in education, training, or work
  • building a better support network, social life, or volunteer work

For an individual to be eligible for the service, they must:

  • be aged 18 years or older and live in Lincolnshire
  • be at risk of becoming unable to live independently at home
  • have barriers to accessing or following written information and advice themselves
  • need additional support with one or more of the above offers
