What to do

Plastic packaging and film (for example, that covers toothbrushes, toys and gadgets) cannot be recycled and should be placed in your general household waste bin.

 

Any cardboard and paper instructions included with the item can be recycled in your purple-lidded recycling bin if you have one, if not then into your recycling bin.

If in doubt, leave it out.
